The Black shouldered peafowl a mutation of the India Blue peafowl. The black shoulderd peafowl look just like the India Blue peafowl exept, you guessed it, it has a black shoulders. They have  black and green feathers in there shoulders and wings. Chicks are born naturally yellow. Feamales are moslty white with some black and tan on her back.
